1. What Babble Router is

Babble Router is a gateway that routes your AI inference requests to discounted capacity on an open marketplace. You bring an OpenAI-compatible client; we route each request to the cheapest available model that matches the routing policy you configure, and bill your prepaid balance for what you use.

2. Credits

Credits are prepaid service credits, not money, deposits, or stored value redeemable in cash. They can only be spent on inference through Babble Router. Credits are non-transferable — they cannot be moved between accounts or sent to third parties. Top-ups are capped at $500 per invoice.

USDC top-ups must match the invoiced amount exactly. A payment that doesn't match an open invoice can't be credited automatically — contact us and we'll resolve it manually.

3. Refunds

Unused balance is refundable on request. Refunds are sent only to the wallet address that made the original deposit, less network transaction fees. Credits already consumed by inference requests are final. Promotional or manually granted credits are not refundable. To request a refund, email us from your account email.

4. Acceptable use

Your requests pass through to upstream model providers and must comply with their acceptable-use policies as well as applicable law. Don't use the service for illegal content, abuse, or to circumvent upstream provider restrictions. We may suspend accounts that do, with unused balance refunded per section 3.

5. Service, as-is

Pricing, model availability, and discounts reflect a live marketplace and change continuously. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of availability, model quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability is limited to your unused credit balance.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
